The problem of ethic in terrorism
The problem of ethic appears in the terrorist movement from the very beginning. By the time of terrorism appearance in 19th century, there was the ethic codex of the fight against tyranny according to which despot must be killed with the knife and the killer mustn't worry about escaping from the place of crime.
The problem of terrorism justifying and the problem of criteria that allow the terrorist acts are two main ethic problems of terrorism.
Theorists and ideologues of terrorism put the fight against despots in the base of their activity. They started with the idea that the terrorism is allowed in the countries with the tyrannical regime that didn't allow its citizens fight for their rights and idea in legal ways such as parliament process and the democratic procedure. And such logic of the terrorist ideology brought people to the thought that all governments not depending on the regime suppress people and their rights, so perpetrators have the right to kill the rulers. Basing on the principle of the revolution necessity they dedicate themselves to fighting against regimes.
Not less important ethic problem is the problem of occasional victims of terrorist acts. The practice pf terrorism started with the aim to minimize the number of killed people and especially of occasional victims. But the logic of terrorist struggle pushed perpetrators to the increase of occasional and not occasional victims. And in the result the idea that all people who support the regime are responsible for it appears. And in the result the government and regime are responsible for the victims and killed people.
