International terrorism
The formation of the system of international terrorism is connected with the processes of globalisation. The processes of consolidation and uniting are able to come through any systems that act in different parts of the world.
The organised crime exists in all parts of the world and these organizations start to unite the same way as countries unite forming the alliances. In such way the opposition is formed with the alliance of governments on one hand and alliance of terrorist organizations on the other hand.
The International terrorism is the essential element of the international crime society. The difference between the alliance of governments and the alliance of crimes is that the political choice is made consciously and individually.
The opposition of the government and the certain terrorist organization is developed according to the main scheme. In the second half of 20th century, between the appearance of the active terrorist organization and its damage 3-5 years pass. So, all terrorist organizations always loose.
But if the terrorist organization has serious support in the society and even the certain region controlled by the organizations, then the terrorist activity may last practically forever. The average period of the perpetrators activity is three years. Later they either die or get to the prison.
Perpetrators need good financial support to maintain the terrorist activity. After all they need instruments, gun, equipment, documents, etc. In other words the effectiveness of the terrorist activity depends on the government-sponsor support.
