Antiterrorism
The struggle against terrorism will be effective when all people will understand the threat of this problem. It is difficult to find the perpetrator in the crowd of people but it is possible. And finding the perpetrator means getting to know his/her plans and this is the main object when people take the preventive measures in stadiums, airports, railways stations, and in other places of huge crowd gathering. People need the legal foundations to fight against terrorism, otherwise government will be considered to be the perpetrator too. That is why countries of the world adapt laws and norms that regulate this aspect from the preventive measures to the punishment of perpetrators. So to fight the terrorism and to elaborate the main rules of antiterrorism, its bases and specialities must be defined. The terrorist actions include:
1. The organisation, planning, prepare and realisation of terrorist acts.
2. Instigation to the terrorist actions and the violence used to make people commit certain terrorist actions.
3. The damage of the financial and material objects with the aim to provide the terrorist act.
4. The organization of illegal military group or the crime society.
5. The organization of the group to commit the terrorist act and the participation in such act.
6. Intentional financing of the terrorist organizations and terrorist groups or other actions connected with maintenance of terrorist activity.
